Mild success
I finished week 2 of the Couch to 5K plan! I am feeling pretty good about it, and I've noticed my energy level has gone up.

On the fateful night of December 31st, 2009, four friends gathered to drink champagne and make bad jokes. "Will this blog require a weekly commitment?" Miguel asked. The answer was yes. Debra, the dreaded taskmaster of the group, coerced her tipsy friends into blogging the progress of our New Year's Eve resolutions. Around the table, we looked nervously at each other.
